Return and Refund Policy
Exchanges and Returns
We are happy to exchange or refund any products up to 28 days from their invoice date, provided we are informed of your intention prior to their return, and they are received in their original condition. Please email us to notify us of your intentions. In the case of an exchange, an invoice or credit note will be forwarded to you in the event of any under or overpayment, and will include the cost of subsequent postage and handling. In the case of a returned product, provided all the above criteria are met, the value will be refunded less the cost of the initial postage and handling.
In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty product, please contact us first to explain the problem. You may then be asked to return the product to us, and a full refund will be offered including the cost of your own return postage. We do not offer refunds however, when the products have clearly been damaged through blatant misuse. You may opt to exchange the product rather than receive a refund, and Windsong Chimes Australia will cover the cost of subsequent postage and handling.
