We try to ship your order the same or next day. Orders are despatched around 1pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Express Post usually gets to most capital cities 1-2 days, Perth more like 1-3 days and Darwin a little longer.
If we are engraving your chime, we still try to get it done and shipped the same day, if not then by the next posting day. If your order needs to meet a deadline, please select Express Post and reply to your order confirmation email and we will make a special effort to get it posted quickly.

Our chimes are often bought as gifts and we regularly ship them to a different address. Simply choose a different shipping address when you checkout. We do not include an invoice with the chime and your invoice is emailed to you. We recommend you select gift wrapping so they know it's from you ;)
Yes, we ship to most countries - your postage will be calculated at the checkout, plus you get the GST removed too - approx. 10% discount. Price on this site are in Australian dollars.
Note - Customs duty When we ship your order we have to declare the cost - there is a chance the receiving country will charge you a duty fee - this is because you have not paid Goods and Services Tax in Australia. It's quite normal and will come to you via email.

Depending on your local climate and the hanging conditions, the cord on the wind chimes may show signs of bleaching from the sun but can easily last up to 30 years when hung under cover.
