If you don't love your wind chime, return it to us within 30 days and we'll give you a full refund - plus we'll pay your return postage! Must be in original new condition and returned in original packaging. Please note if you have had your wind chime engraved, we do not refund the costs of the engraving and the engraved components, i.e. pipe(s) and/or wind sail.
Your Windsong Chime is guaranteed for 2 years to be free of defect in material or workmanship under normal usage conditions, effective from date of purchase.
Normal usage conditions: Your chime is best placed in a protected position such as a covered deck or verandah. The timber components of your chime have been nourished with a natural, non-toxic oil formula. In order to preserve the appearance and protection of these timbers we advise re-oiling from time to time, depending on conditions. Our warranty does not cover mould that may grow on the timber over time.
If exposed to direct sunlight the colour of the timber components of your chime may change. These colour changes are natural and cannot be considered a defect.

This guarantee requires that items for repair or exchange be returned freight paid to above address.
